After relocating to Virginia, she dedicated her career to serving immigrant communities, beginning as a volunteer interpreter at a nonprofit organization.<\/p><p>She brings over seven years of legal assistant experience, including work at an office specializing in the family custody proceedings required to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status.<\/p><p>Leticia represents our clients before immigration courts, before USCIS, and in D.C. family courts for custody matters. She will soon also appear in Maryland family courts.<\/p><p>Her practice is defined by respect, compassion, and a deep cultural connection to the unique circumstances of each client.
