Leticia Machado-Taylor

Leticia is a licensed attorney admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and holds a law degree from Mexico. After relocating to Virginia, she dedicated her career to serving immigrant communities, beginning as a volunteer interpreter at a nonprofit organization.

She brings over seven years of legal assistant experience, including work at an office specializing in the family custody proceedings required to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status.

Leticia represents our clients before immigration courts, before USCIS, and in D.C. family courts for custody matters. She will soon also appear in Maryland family courts.

Her practice is defined by respect, compassion, and a deep cultural connection to the unique circumstances of each client. Leticia is fully committed to achieving the best possible outcome for every person she serves.
