Carolina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C., and her Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law.
Carolina Consuegra is an attorney licensed by the District of Columbia Bar (Washington, D.C.) and practices immigration law.
Since the beginning of her career, Attorney Consuegra has focused her practice on helping individuals and families navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. She has represented clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, affirmative and defensive asylum applications, proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR), USCIS interviews, waivers, consular processing, among other matters. Her approach combines strong legal preparation with personalized attention, understanding that each case represents the future of a person or a family.
Attorney Consuegra was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is of Cuban descent and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Her command of both languages allows her to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide close, clear, and accessible legal representation.
